TOP Grand Prix star Niels-Kristian Iversen visits Perry Barr on Good Friday for potentially the meeting of the season (7.30).

King's Lynn are one of the most attractive sides in the Elite League and the Selco Brummies will need to dig deep to pull off a result.

World No.3 Iversen is joined by fellow GP star Kenneth Bjerre and Aussie ace Rory Schlein along with some of the most exciting young British riders on the scene.

Birmingham owner Alan Phillips knows the size of the task in hand and is urging a show of unity from everyone at the club.

He said: “I’m sure there will be a big crowd for what is one of the most attractive fixtures of the season and I’m looking forward to it. A good result against a top side like King’s Lynn would be the perfect tonic for us.

“We need to show unity, and I mean everyone from the management, riders, staff and supporters. It’s a big test for the lads but we are right behind them."
